About Punch List Weekly

Field-tested tactics, ready-to-use templates, and real insight on the trends shaping construction — in less than 10 minutes per week.

OUR MISSION

To help construction leaders run better projects, one week at a time.

Punch List Weekly - Built on Real Project Experience

Built on Real Project Experience

Punch List Weekly was founded in 2026 with a simple goal: create a weekly briefing that actually helps construction project managers and field leaders run successful projects. Every issue is built around real problems seen on active jobsites, with practical takeaways that can be applied immediately. No theory, no fluff, and nothing that doesn’t hold up in the field.

Behind Punch List Weekly is a team with experience managing more than 50 projects across both public and private work, totaling well into the nine figures. That includes thousands of RFIs, hundreds of change orders, and just about every challenge that comes with running a project from start to finish. We’ve seen what works and what doesn’t, and we want to share what we’ve learned to help construction leaders reach higher levels of success.

This newsletter exists to share what actually works, what doesn’t, and how to stay ahead of the issues that slow projects down.
